Information we collect
When you make a purchase, we receive limited transaction information from Stripe, including your email address, payment status, transaction or checkout identifier, amount, currency, and time of payment. We also store your assigned human number and selected mark. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
How we use it
We use this information to verify payment, assign and preserve unique numbers, deliver the digital card, provide customer support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments. Our website and database hosting providers process the technical information needed to operate and secure the service. These providers act under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Public information
Your human number and chosen mark may be shown as part of the project. Your name, email address, payment information, and Stripe transaction identifier are not intentionally published.
Retention
Transaction and accounting records are kept for as long as required by law. Claim records may be retained for the life of the project so that numbers remain unique and permanent.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
